DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER. I made an appointment with her and had to reschedule a couple times due to conflicting obligations. She never asked why I had to reschedule, nor did she care. When I tried to move my appointment for the second time after the initial date (with days notice), she stated that she wouldn't have any openings at all for me and that it would not "work out with her office" and HUNG UP ON ME with no explanation or letting me explain my situation. She has no idea what I have been through. What if I were a soldier returning from deployment with PTSD? What if I were suicidal? Never EVER have I been treated that terribly by anyone, especially a "professional." Ms. (I will not use "Dr." in this case) Myers was unprofessional, rude, and borderline unethical with her treatment of me. Ms. Myers certainly didn't do her profession any favors. I am filing a grievance with the insurance company to ensure she never treats anyone else like this. Perhaps counseling is the wrong career path for her. She seems to have unresolved issues and may need counseling herself. I'll be happy to find one for her.
