I was hesitant to purchase this meat Considering they came to my door and some of the bad reviews. But I've always said you don't know if you like it unless you try it. After trying a few steaks I am pleased to say that the quality is good I give it a solid B+. Unfortunately i did have an issue with one of the steaks it was pretty tough. Which brings me to my next point if I don't like one of the cuts of beef or if anything goes wrong such as freezer burn or toughness they will come out free of charge and replace it! So before you are quick to say no at least give them a shot.

I thank the food that they are selling is top cut meat. Thank you for the job you do..Great food would love to buy more... if you haven't tried this meat your really missing out...Cash Thomas
