I have had Excel company manage my property for the past 5 years. Terri Patterson has taken very good care of our home. She treats it as if it was hers. I highly recommend to anyone that wants to rent their property to call Terri Patterson first!!

The Excel Company has done a fantastic job managing multiple homes we own. They provide first class service along with new technology that other property management companies in the area have not implemented yet. Everyone there is very friendly and we always know what is going on with our account.

The professionalism blew my mind. I had many issues with my property and all of them were dealt with almost immediately. Not to mention they were very friendly and accommodating towards my personal issues.

I hired The Excel Company to maintain my property and paid them $100 per month for their services. The services were to include maintaining the premises, finding renters and collecting rent. I decided to move back into my property three years later. The house was in very poor condition. The house smelled of smoke damage (the contract clearly stated 'no smoking'). The yard was wildly overgrown and the house was extremely dirty. I was not expecting a perfect house, but I expected it in much better condition than it was in. The Excel Company offered to pay $300 to fix the damaged home when in reality the damages exceeded $10,000. I feel that The Excel Company failed to meet the obligations stated in the contract. They did not take care of my property. In fact, they did little more than collect the rent. I would like to warn the public of The Excel Company and their poor business practices.
