Established in 1996, Spanish Fork Middle School serves more than 1,300 students in grades six and seven. It provides a wide variety of educational and extracurricular activities. The middle school provides a variety of academic courses, such as English, mathematics, science, social studies, fine arts, foreign languages, and physical and health education.
