My experience with Dry Cleaning and Beyond in Payson has been the WORST customer service experience that I have ever encountered. It began simply enough with taking my suit pants in to be dry cleaned and have the pockets’ stitching reinforced. I got them back with a stain still on it and the pockets weren’t stitched up making me wonder if they had really done anything with it at all. I returned the pants and asked them to please do what I originally requested. They did so, but now they came back at least an inch shorter in length! They couldn’t be worn at that point and asked them to fix it. They would not. By this time a month has passed. They claim they followed all of their procedures for dry cleaning pants and there was nothing more they could do. I told them I found that difficult to believe because it didn’t seem like they had done anything with them the first time, hence my having to return them again to have them done. I continued to work with them and request
