I hate having to call someone to do things I'd like to take care of myself. However, when I'm gone and my lovely wife is down a toilet with little kids running around, she makes the call. Both times we've used Eric's Plumbing they fit us in the schedule right away, and my wife loves that he always calls when he's on his way. No need to guess if they will show up when you leave the house for a quick errand.

I had some issues with my kitchen sink and Eric came by and assessed the issue I was having and within minutes was able to determine the problem we had. He then consulted with me about all the options we could do in order fix it, it was a breath of fresh air to work with them.

We were having a water pressure problem, and called Eric's Plumbing. It turned out to be something silly, so he didn't charge us. We've used his company before, and he always shows up when promised, does a great job and has good prices. If anyone needs a plumber, we highly recommend him.

I asked Eric to come by and give me an estimate. He showed up 8 hours early. He then told my wife to pay $65 to give me a bid. That fee was never discussed or mentioned. He duped my wife. I would never use him.

When our sewer backed up my husband hurried home but it looked like it was a bigger job than he could handle. He was still trying to decide what to do when I left to pick up one of our children. When I returned about 45 minutes later the job was done! Eric was clean, polite and fast. We appreciate him coming even though it was a little after hours. Thanks Eric!!!

When I needed a plumber I blindly called one I found on the internet which is always a gamble. However, it paid off well because I was lucky enough to have chosen Eric's Plumbing. He came promptly, explained the problem in terms I could understand, fixed the problem, and charged a reasonable price. I will call him again and would highly recom

My wife and I just moved to the area and were having a problem with a faulty toilet. We checked out the internet and found Eric's web site and decided to give him a call and have him investigate. He arrived promptly when he said he would and took one look at our faulty porcelain foe and told us that we didn't need to enlist his services. He said we could fix the problem ourselves and it wouldn't cost us anything. He gave us a suggestion on how we could solve our problem, gave us another hint on a separate plumbing dilemma and was out of the house under 15 minutes. He did all of this with a smile and a handshake. He didn't ask for anything in return for the house call. He just wanted us to be taken care of. No charge was necessary. The suggestions he gave us worked 100% and solved our issues.We were definitely impressed! He is a good man. He will be our "go to" guy without a doubt.

I had another plumber (one of the big boys) come to my home and evaluate my water softener f as it was not working. They said that it could not be fixed and that we would need to purchase a new water softener for $2K. The system was only 6 years old, so I thought I would call another plumber and see what they thought. I called and left a message and Eric called me back within a very short period of time. Eric told me that was fairly confident that he could fix the current system and could not imagine that the system was not repairable. Eric came out and repaired my system for $100 and it is working great. He was on time and extremely responsive. I am always on my guard because it is difficult to know if someone you are hiring has your best interest in mind. I can say with confidence that Eric proved to me that there are honest people out there that simply want to provide exceptional service and value. I highly recommend Eric!!

Eric just came over to help us for a second time and I couldn't be more pleased. We found him a few months ago when we had a line clog that was backing up in our basement. We needed someone urgently and Eric's quote was MUCH less expensive than what we had been quoted by multiple plumbers and companies. He came right out and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently without breaking the bank. 2 days ago we discovered water in our basement and dug down at the foundation to find a leak in our main line. We weren't sure if Eric did main line fixing and ended up calling someone else who was recommended by a friend of a friend. The other company was unprofessional, didn't show up within the given window and didn't bother to call and let us know they'd be over an hour later than expected. When their guy DID arrive, he was cocky and annoying and to be honest, I just generally felt like I was being "sold" about what needed done. Out of frustration, I decided to call and see if Eric did this type of repair and sure enough, he does. I couldn't believe I didn't just call him in the first place! Eric came out the very next day (today) and got the repair done for $125 less than the other company quoted. I'm so happy and we will NEVER call anyone else. If you want someone down to earth who's going to give it to you straight without a bunch of crumby sales-pitching or excessive and unnecessary work, Eric is your guy. The faucet/handle on our bathtub was broken, as was the handle in our shower. Eric arrived in just a couple of hours, fixed it in just a few minutes, and charged a reasonable price. He was very accessible by phone and was friendly. I don't know what else you would want from a plumber. Great experience.

My son apparently flushed a ton of toilet paper which was impossible for me to unclog and Eric came in and fixed the problem in just a few minutes. He was friendly and efficient. He was also really easy to get in touch with and was able to come out within a few hours. I will call him again when needed and will recommend him to friends.

This guy is great. He answers the phone, is polite, reliable, and fast. He helped me out in a bind and was so professional. I trust him. I will call him for all my plumbing needs.

The drain in our bathtub rusted out and broke the day before closing on our home. I purchased a special tool at a local plumbing supply store that was guaranteed to allow me to do the repair. After an hour of working with this tool I had only managed to break off the collar of the drain leaving the threaded part still attached. Because of previous experience with Eric I called him to come and bail me out. He arrived early the next day and had the old drain out and the new drain installed within 30 minutes ensuring that this repair would not interfere with the sell of our home. Thanks Eric!

I won't call anyone else as long as I'm living here! Eric is very knowledgeable, efficient, and fair. We recommend him to all our family and friends for any plumbing needs.

Eric did a wonderful job on the rough in plumbing for our basement bathroom project. He was easy to contact, very punctual and understood what our needs were. He completed the job very fast. Weeks later, we asked him to come back and make a change to the plumbing in another area of the basement and he fit us in the very next day. Thanks Eric, It was great working with you!

Eric was extremely helpful and very friendly. He quickly took care of our backed up kitchen sink drain pipe. Called Roto-Rooter day before for a quote. They sent some guys, and they were going to charge us over twice as much to do the exact same thing, and you could tell they were just trying to sell you. But Eric was straight up and honest and I didn't feel like he was trying to get away with anything. He even gave me a rough estimate over the phone so I knew we weren't wasting our time before sending him out.The only reason for 4/5 stars was he couldn't come the same day, but about 30 hours later, but to save a couple hundred was worth not having a drain for a day.He also offered a great organic eco-friendly drain cleaner at a reasonable price that helps prevent the drain problem from occurring again, and I felt like he honestly wanted to help us, no pressure whatsoever, and wasn't just trying to make an extra buck.Next time I need a plumber, I will definitely call Eric.

Our basement toilet and drains backed up late Saturday night. We phoned Eric Sunday morning and he was there w/in 30 minutes (Orem, UT). He was very friendly, professional, clean, etc. He corrected the problem by auguring out the sewer pipe, sending in about 70 feet of snake. As he worked, he talked us through what he was doing, giving us a brief education of the auguring process. Our bathroom door is a nonstandard size (small), so Eric had to take apart his machine and then reassemble it, twice, to get it in and out, which he cheerfully did w/o charging us extra. He gave us a quote over the phone, and he stayed within the quoted price. He left the bathroom as clean as he found it. I am delighted with his work and professionalism, and would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Sept 2011.

Eric was amazing to work with. Very honest and upfront with his knowledge of the plumbing problems we were having. He was very quick to get the problems fixed and very knowledgeable about how to go about it. He gave us our options too so we could go about it the way we wanted to and could afford to. Definitely will use Eric's services again.

We were looking for a plumber to fix a toilet that kept running, a dripping faucet in our bathtub, a hard to find source for a leak into our basement and we needed to replace our water heater. My husband looked him up on dexknows.com. He read Eric's amazing reviews. My husband felt he would be professional, trustworthy, and an expert at his work just by reading the reviews and talking to him over the phone (which is rare). When he came over, I was immediately impressed by his respectful and professional manner. I was also amazed at how quickly he diagnosed each issue. Once he fixed each one, I noticed each problem was resolved. You get the feeling he knows his stuff. He is confident, kind, shows integrity, is friendly and he really enjoys his work. He dressed professional as well. We were so thankful, as we had called 2 other plumbers this week and neither one called us back. Yet he came over the next day! He really tries to keep his prices very reasonable.
