Founded in 1974, Mountain Country Foods is a contract manufacturer of pet treats and contract packager of pet foods, foods and nonfoods. A privately owned and operated company, Mountain Country offers packaging assistance to five of the 10 largest pet food companies in the United States. Its product line of pet treats consist of dog biscuits, beef sticks, jerky strips, cat nibs, dental chews and wavy bacon strips. The company is a division of Smokey s Smokehouse. It is also a member of the American Pet Products Manufacturers Association. Mountain Country Foods is headquartered in Spanish Fork, Utah.
