Appointments & Cancellations: Reservations are preferred, though not always required. We recommend prior to leaving Prestige your next appointment is booked to insure your requested time and date. If you must cancel a 24-hour notice is required. As a courtesy to our professional staff, cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a minimum of a 50% service cancellation fee. A credit card is required to hold reservations. Please note that services will be shortened with a late arrival, and the regular fee will apply. Spa Etiquette: At Prestige Spa & Salon our goal is to provide you with the most relaxing spa / salon experience from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. As a courtesy to others, and for your own relaxation, we ask that you not bring children to the spa. Children are welcome to receive the services offered, however, any child under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (some services may require parental consent). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payments & Refunds: We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard & Discover. There will be a $20.00 service charge for all returned checks. We will gladly accept any retail returns for store credit if returned within 30 days. A receipt will be required for a full refund. Gratuities are not included in Salon or Spa prices and are left to your discretion. We have gift certificates.
