Fast, friendly and professional!!!!! I had an emergency and they came out immediately and went above and beyond the call of duty!!!

I have been in my home for 11 years and the fireplace has never worked properly. The contractor that built my home would not back up his work and come fix it. I had Triple T come out and see if there was anything they could do. It was a brand they don't normally work on so they said there would be no charge for the house visit. But then Jasun Balzly the service technician went one step further and took off the cover to check it out as a courtesy. He also took off the cover plate on the switch to make sure it had power. He eventually found some lose wires and got them tightened. He then cleaned out the very dusty fireplace and made the glass look like new. Now my fireplace looks and feels brand new. It works great and for the first time in 11 years we can enjoy it. This was all done on a brand they normally don't work on but is a great example of doing all they can to help the customer out. I will always use Triple T for my heating and A/C issues.

My water heater started to leak and Anyhour plumbing was the first company to call me back first thing in the morning so I set an apt with them. Well 3 hours later and Anyhour had quoted us $3000 to replace our water heater, put in an pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank. Well at that point I wanted to cry. Lucky for me instead of crying I called Tripple T to come out and give us another estimate. Jake was very fast and very nice and in the end gave us a bid of $1400! I was through the roof. Not only did they give us a better bid but Jake helped get us set up with the 12 month same as cash financing, and he rearranged his schedule so we got out water heater fixed the same day.I will recommend this company to anyone any day. I like them so much I signed up for their membership program. No more looking for a plumber for this gal. :)

Do not use this company. They are the worst HVAC I ever used. Over priced and the technician was not knowledgeable.

I have been with Triple T heating & cooling for several years now and they have helped me make my system up to date and workable. They have replaced my furnace partially and added a air purifier as well as other things. They have replaced my air conditioner, water heater and toilet over the years. I am grateful I am on a maintenance plan....it keeps small things small and with running a day care for over 28 years now I need to have things working. I have for severl years recommended Triple T and will continue to do so.

The staff at Triple T are always very kind and helpful- I have never been dissatisfied with their service.

They did an ok job, but seemed over priced. $79 service call, plus parts and labor. Won't be calling them again.

We have used Triple T a few times now for service work on our heater & ac. they have always been great to work with; on-time, poilte and always willing to take their time & explain things. recently they installed a new heater cause ours was old and we had a high repair needing to be done. they did a fantastic job everyone from the sales person to the installers. The manager/owner called a couple days later to see if we had any questions also. i would recommend them

honest company with integrity...worked with Brad and Jason Tanner, President and VP. Had a furnace issue with another company, they gave me a 'second opinion' that proved the other company wrong. They will treat you right!

Had this company come repair on A/C. great service, real quick and our A/C has never worked better!!

My home as three furnaces. 9 years ago I replaced the main unit with another company. They did an excellent job and I've been pleased but I always thought I really paid through the nose for them. 2 years ago I had one of the smaller furnaces go out. I interviewed my original company and a couple of others and decided to go with Triple T. I must say they did an equally excellent job. It was a tricky install in a tight closet that involved removing existing duct work and a humidifier before the install. The quality was and has been excellent.
