Loved the kid sized pedicure chairs for my 7 year old! We had a great experience at this salon and will definitely return.

I find the previous review or the one before hard to believe. I have been going to this location since it opened. I find them eager to help and give you whatever you need. The owner goes out her way to be sure things are done right and if there is any kind of problem all it takes is a phone call to her and she will make it so. Everywhere I go people ask me where I get my nails done, and I tell them the Nail Studio. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

went there for my birthday they were the only place open on sundays place looked very nice on inside did my pedicure and was good. then i asked for gel french tip nails lady who did them had no idea what she was doing she fanned them out they looking so funcky i started laughing and said what is this why would anyone want there nails like this. another lady stepped in and started filing my nails and said like this and i said yes thats how french nails are supposed to look. 3 people proceed to work on my nails the gel put on truned orange the next day and around the cuticle there was part of the gel sticking out to the side. i live in pensacola and called the owner in less than a week as to my hours are crazy and had had time for the hours they were open she said she would do nothing i need a fill i said you dont pay 35 dollars to have to get a fill within less than a week and the fill would not look right because it was done worng and would leave a line. i explained i could send her pictures from day one until now as i cant make it back up there anytime soon i live to far away she said she wouldnt do nothing and to go get a fill. so if you are getting gel acrlic or solar nails dont go here they are not experienced at all

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. APPARENTLY THE PHRASE THAT IS POPULAR IN CUSTOMER RELATED SERVICES "THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT" DOESN'T APPLY TO THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE RUDE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS AND WHEN THEY MAKE AN HONEST MISTAKE THEY ACCUSE YOU OF BEING IN THE WRONG WHEN YOU ASKED THEM TO CORRECT IT. THEY CHARGED MY CARD TWICE AND WHEN I RETURNED WITH PROOF (LIKE THEY ASKED ME TO DO WHEN THEY ASKED ME TO) THEY CONTINUED TO SAY I WAS WRONG. THE OWNER YELLED AT BOTH MY MOTHER AND I AND ALLOWED AN EMPLOYEE TO YELL AT US WHILE ANOTHER CUSTOMER WAS IN THE SALON!!! THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER BEEN TREATED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER EVER STEP FOOT IN THIS SALON AGAIN AND NEITHER WILL MY MOTHER!!!!!! I RECOMMEND THEY ALL TAKE A CLASS ON THE PROPER WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER AND IF THEY CAN'T THEN THEY NEED TO CLOSE FOR GOOD!!!!
