Cook Middle School, established in 2000, includes a gymnasium, cafeteria, and more than 40 academic and connection classrooms. Located in Sparks, Ga., it is a part of Cook County Schools. The school s sports department offers various athletics activities, including basketball, softball, baseball, cheerleading, football, golf, tennis, track and wrestling. Cook Middle School provides membership for several organizations and clubs, such as Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Future Business Leaders of America, Future Farmers of America, and beta and builder's clubs. Its Guidance division organizes various counseling sessions for parents, teachers and students. The school additionally provides after-school tutoring and summer school programs to students in grades six through eight.
