It is impossible to reach anyone at the phone number provided on the web site . The 800 number is a national UPS call center and they can't even give you a number to reach the York Road center. They are horrible .All this was precipiated by a driver that felt is was too inconvenient to turn around in my driveway . After 10 years of delivery to my home , they abrupty ceased with no notifications whatsoever . It was only after the package failed to arrive with a reasonable time that I investigated to find the package had been delivered 5 days ago . Their service went from decent to absolutely horrible .
