My wife has gone to this cleaners for 2+ years and their work is ok (certainly not superior but acceptable). We experienced the normal periodic problems associated with cleaners but were generally satisfied. HOWEVER two weeks ago my wife went in to pick up my suit and they could not find it. The counter women said she would look for it and get back to us. She did not get back so my wife went again and this time she said that "your husband picked it up." The only problem with that is I have never been in the store. The long and short of it is that they will not do anything about my missing suit. I have called all three stores and asked for the manager to return my call to no avail.



It seems that this is a family run business with family members at all the stores and they cover for one another. They have proven from my experience to not be a reputable business.



STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU ARE OK WITH THEM LOSING YOU CLOTHING!
