Bill got me into a nice tub for about $2000 and although I've had to put a little money into the tub it's been well worth it. Even when bill wasn't feeling well he came out and put a new pump in my tub to get me going again. I would buy from him again

Bill Tate Spa Repair did an awesome job on my old 1995 Cal Spa in 2008. They replaced the motor and stopped the tub leak and it lasted until 3/2015. Finally we have to replace the old girl.

Well, I just called Bill to review the repair needed for a heating element that was frozen during a drain last year. And even though he didnt return my call a few times... I was surprised that Bill decided to hang up on me and the call before I could ask the proper questions and the best route to go for repair.. Bill and his team built this system for me they are the only ones that can support it. They hung up on me in a defensive posture as if I were blaming them for the break when I was trying to understand the best fix and how to avoid other things from breaking since this type of stuff was not reviewed at installation as most would find helpful. Very unprofessional ! wow. Someone please point me to a helpful source for repair and proper maintenance knowledge.
