Provided by YP.comI’ve been attending classes at the Bushidokan Martial Arts Temple for sometime now and I must say, it’s been a great experience. The dojo, which has been in operation since 1969, offers a range of martial arts and related courses that cater to both beginners and advanced students.
The instructors are knowledgeable and have a deep understanding of the art (jujitsu). Despite being a traditional dojo, they incorporate techniques that won’t be found in many other places.
The dojo has a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The students are respectful and supportive, making it a great environment for learning and growth. The classes are well-structured and the instructors ensure that each student gets individual attention.
The dojo’s schedule is also quite flexible, with classes held on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. This makes it easy for students with different schedules to find a suitable time to train.
Overall, I highly recommend Bushidokan Martial Arts Temple to anyone interested in learning traditional jujitsu. It’s a great place to learn, grow, and be part of a supportive martial arts community.

Provided by YP.comFun and friendly place to workout, practice self defense. I like that their style is traditional jiu-jitsu martial art. Very affordable, by donation.

Provided by YPmobileI have been going for a while now and they have terrific instruction and fantastic techniques that I have not seen at any other place. I love mma and been to a lot of other places, but even though they don't do mma (because they're traditional), I stay because there are techniques that mma doesn’t have. Perfect place for non MMA and just someone who wants self defense or have their kids do a martial art program.

Yes! there are on average around 30 instructors and students who live on campus.
Our youth class now has children with a parent who was a child from the 1970 youth classes.
Yes! We have had a few students in the past 40 years who could not cut the mustard and were tossed out on their ear, like gvrgvr's post on 10/25/2007
Many people have posted very positive remarks which YELLOW PAGE seems to keep dropping off the positive comments. We have complained about this several times nevertheless Yellow Page seems unable to correct; so we will be dropping our add next year.
