I've been going to Computer Extreme for 16+ years. Tom has built me 4 computers over the years and undone my self induced screwups. Every single one of the computers is lightning fast and stellar compared to what you can buy in the marketplace in every aspect. He is literally a GENIUS in many areas, not just computers. He has turned me on to all kinds of free software, educated me on use, security and plenty of other ventures. He and his wife Marta have spent endless time helping me with every interaction; she's an absolute doll. Before I do anything, I contact them first. They are extremely professional, kind, humble and easy to work with. Great conversations, never rushed and will go out of their way to set you up. Tom has saved me thousands over the years, never looking for a quick buck, rather the contrary. Honest, genuine people, business and 100% legit. I have even called Tom for help with a store bought computer of my parents out of state and he's gone out of his way to get me through issues. THE BEST!!

Wow! Just got done reading this message by this disgruntled customer.

I have known Tom for 20 years and given him that many years of business. Never have I had a problem with the work he has done for me and never has he been condescending in any way. As a matter of fact he's always taken the time to explain everything in detail. He even allowed me to work on my own computer when he found out how eager I was to learn about computers.

Just how many store owners would take the time and patients to do that for a customer?

Needless to say, in my book he's the best computer store owners I have ever delt with.

Sorry for the negative experience you had there. I guess maybe he thought you were a "D**K". Hopefully he didn't invite you back so you could abuse him some more.

The owner Tom has an EXTREMELY poor, condesending" hes in charge" attitude! He definately makes you feel like an idiot for even stepping foot in his vacant store. He has know return policy and sells ego-t electronic cigs at triple mark up!!! Thats right folks he tells you your getting a modifyed unit but dont believe him!! What he is really giving you is a stripped down kit with NO extras AT ALL .Dont fall for his "I urge you to go elsewhere and try a cheap kit" line of B.S. Some of his products like the one I bought in stupidity are used while he sells as new for 102.64!! Dont bother asking for the flavor of your choice because he will give you what he wants! Its like he is spending your money out of your pocket for what he wants not you! Read his return statement it says choose carefully because their will be NO refunds/exchanges of ANY KIND!! I really feel sorry for his wife but don't let her lure you down there on the phone only to uncage this guy.
