Be very careful with these folks.



They send a quote for ~$500, and then charge $100 more after some explanation for costs being higher from a vendor.

When you confront them with the fact that the item did not come from their vendor, then they say they try to save you time by doing it inhouse after they messed up the order.



You try to work with them to work out the difference, and they made a ridiculous offer of removing the item and charging $400 of labor for removing the item.

$400 for labor is essentially $100/hour for each laborer. $400 is also 80% of the order so either way, they win, I lose.

it sounds like maybe renojippy has an axe to grind, or perhaps is a competitor who can't compete, pretty sour grapes , hey and since when is the BBB the final word in anything?? LOL
