For over fifty years Franco Baking Company has been producing fresh baked breads in Sparks Nevada. With years of dedication to the business we have developed an extensive line of bread products to serve the Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe area restaurants and grocery chains. With an emphasis on quality and dependability, Franco Baking Company Uses old fashion baking techniques combined with modern equipment to ensure a unique and desirable product like our signature sourdough that is made from a starter that is over 50 years old. To this day Franco Baking Company is still family owned and operated.
