I went to this furniture store to buy a new bed room set. If there was zero stars that is what I would give. I spoke to 2 ladies Terri & Lehla (sales ladies) I expressed a huge concerns prior to purchasing that my biggest nightmare is that I pay a LG amount of money 4 a bed that doesn't fit the frame. They both guaranteed me that this would never happen. Well take a good look at these photos. It happened as you can see this is a brand new king matteres and as u can see it's 2 too 3 inches wider all around. Now I m an extreamly fair person and I try to work with every one. I purchased this in early January 2018 waited 4 weeks for delivery and look what I got my nightmare. I reported it to management (both) Tom & Calvin. The very second that this was set up. I was told that this would be corrected and we will get it fixed. After every one coming to look at this nightmare including the manager Calvin. All that has happened is excusses "like well they make it like this so your bedding can hand over or its the wrong mattress or its the wrong bottom.) To this day which is now April 6th a Friday I still have NO resolution. I even made sugestions which have grown on deff ears I am at my wits end. I don't think that they know what to do they have not given me any kind of compensation NO nothing here I m with a $3,000.00 bed set that still looks like the photos and no one is returning my calls to make this right. I haven't even got an appology or explaination from the sales ladies they don't even know my name. I really hope you do your reserch prior to purchasing from this store because that is what I will do from here on out. I just tried to give them the bennifit of the doubt and look what happened to me. Now I would remove this post if they correct this issue however if you are reading this they have done nothing to this day. Good luck
