Crooks! They refused to honor gift cards received as a present last Christmas. Last Christmas, an out of state family member called the business purchased $90 worth of gift cards over the phone. Lucky Star emailed the family member (purchaser) photos of the gift cards, along with the receipt (name written on the transaction receipt) and told the family member this what could be used. Called Lucky Star prior to going to make sure these gift cards had no expiration and were still good and Lucky Star said they were. When my wife and daughter arrived, they showed the gift card paper to the receptionist and was told it was valid and they were good. When appointment ended, Lucky Star changed their minds and said gift cards were no good. The manager refused to give them his business card when they asked so the information could be given to the family member who already purchased the gift cards, so he could get a refund for the $90 already spent. They then called the police because my wife and daughter argued with them. Terrible Crooks!

Wonderful! Relaxing, and my honey even had his very first pedicure. Everyone was super nice and helped him relax and enjoy himself.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Unprofessional, rude, and sloppy. I went in for gel polish on my hands, with French tip, very uneven. They look terrible. I also had a polish change for my toes with French tip. Both incredibly sloppy. I paid $42 for both, $30 for gel and $12 for toes, a complete waste of money! Sarah did my nails and she had a terrible attitude and rushed when the salon was empty.

I LOVE getting my nails done at Lucky Star!!!!! Kim and all of the folks there are artists! I have had my nails done at many different places and know a good nail salon when I find one. These guys are the best. At the holidays I had them put tinsel in my hair and I had soooo many compliments on it. I want to get feathers put in my hair next! They always are up on the latest fun stuff at this salon. I am really looking forward to my next pedicure!!! My last manicure I wanted something really special on my nails to look like tropical water because I can;t get away on vacation right now...and Kim made it happen...my nails are AWESOME! Thanks Kim, I will always have Lucky Star do my nails! I highly recommend them and I am really hard to please! Thanks guys, D
