The prices are absolutely ridiculous for such an outdated building. I have a 2 drip a second leak in my ceiling and it's going to be 2 days before they come out and even troubleshoot it. My 40 gallon water heater won't fill up my 50 gallon bathtub even a third of the way. The ac unit isn't​ anywhere near powerful enough to cool down the apartment and the bedroom stays PAINFULLY HOT!!! The ac unit in the living room doesn't cool the bedroom down at all so my bedroom is whatever temperature it is outside. I called on a Sunday for some maintenance issues, the next day, Monday, they called and told me I can't leave messages for them unless it's an emergency..... For what I'm paying in rent, I'm going to call and leave a message whenever I need to. If it isn't an emergency they can just fix it the following buisness day, but i can't believe they said I can't even leave a message for the office... Slumlord apartments with luxury apartment prices. Easily the worst place I ever lived.

I have lived here for two years. The apartments are large. They have many ammenities. Washer dryer, large spacious apts., walk in closets, nice balconies. dishwashers, state of the art gym, swimming pool and play ground. The staff is very friendly and polite. They are all bi- lingual. Plenty of covered parking. The location is perfect near everything you need. Very safe. Stacy F.

They have bugs, roaches to be exact. Thwireless staff barely speak English and the office staff is rude and inconsiderate. Their is no assigned parking and if you live alone it's not safe to walk from your car to your apartment after having to walk a distance for parking. ThE heating and cooling system is horrible. The washer and dryer barely work. I wouldnt recommend living here period.
