Provided by YP.comI have used Simply Nails on & off for about 4 yrs. now & LOVE the WONDERFUL work Lily does! I do NOT find it offensive or rude that they speak among themselves in their language & it seems the people posting things on here about how they feel they are talking about them must have some issues with insecurity (just my opinion). These ladies are fabulous & do WONDERFUL work. I have NEVER used anyone else since I found Lily & Simply Nails.

Provided by YP.comSimply Nails is great! The service is good and both Hannah and Lilly are great - very accommodating and they take appointments - which is so much better than another salon nearby that takes appointments and still takes walk-ins at the same time! At least you know if you have an appointment they will not take someone else over you or let you walk in and wait for an hour!
And for those people not happy with the owner and her employees talking in her native language, who cares? Read a book or magazine or watch the movie they have playing.... they probably are NOT talking about you and if they are, you don't know what they are saying anyway.... so get over it! They provide a great service for half the price of the full service salon nearby... that's why you go to a place like this instead!
Ask for Hannah - she's great - very sweet and does a good job!

Provided by YP.comI too get my nails done at Simply Nails and it is very clean....But I find it very rude that they talk amongst themselves in a foreign language. It makes us as clients feel that they are talking about us and as customers we should feel comfortable...especially when we are paying for a service. It would be nice if the owner would address this problem as she did the" bait and switch"

Provided by YP.comI just bought a house in the area of Simply Nails, thinking this is convenient. So I stopped and have had my nails done 3 times in the last 2 months. I think the Shop is clean. The Owner Lilly and the main girl that works with her they do their jobs well.
I will never go back. They talk among them selves not to their customers...Especially the young girl she never shuts up, and you know for a fact they are talking about you or some one else in the shop...Rude...Not Sociable....Terrible customer service..
This last appointment 1/24/12 I wanted to get up and leave before my nails were done....I should have!!!!

Provided by YPmobileCame in for gel pedi and decided to get a gel mani too. Both pedi/mani took only one hour total...which I thought was great. Lilly was wonderful and my fingers and toes turned out great. Out of 4 salons I have been to in the last year specifically for gel pedi, Simply Nails was by far the best and VERY clean (that's a huge plus for me). Many nail salons seem dingy, cluttered, etc. Simply Nails is immaculate...I'm going back for sure!

Provided by YP.comThis place is fantastic. I had my gels done approx. 2 weeks before burning man last year and all 10 stayed in place till 2 weeks after burning man. In the year I have been going to Lilly, I have only ever had one nail fall off and she took care of it quickly.

Provided by YP.comThis is my first nail experience in Reno/Sparks and I can't say enough good things about Simply Nails. It was by far the cheapest Mani Pedi ($40 for both). And French is only $2 more! Excellent price. As for the quality, the nail tech really did an excellent job cleaning and painting my nail. She didn't rush, she took her time and made sure everything was perfect. Not only that, it was immaculately clean. The wait was kind of long, but definitely worth it. Make an appointment, or you could be waiting a long time.
Excellent place, you definitely have to try!

Provided by YP.comI normally don’t expect too much when trying out a new place for the first time, but needless to say I was satisfied with my p/w fill and pedicure here. I appreciate the fact they take their time to provide quality work rather than rushing me through it all. They also have one of the cleaner salons that I’ve been to.

Provided by YP.comMy acrylic tends to peel towards the rear because I’m rather hard on my nails due to my occupation. I told the gal at Simply Nails about this and she applied about three coats of this non-burning primer and also used this acrylic she recently obtained that is suppose to really bond to nails even ones that have a tendency to lift. I’m not sure if I had subconsciously done something different lately or what the gal did to my nails really worked because it’s been about 2 ½ weeks already and they aren’t lifting yet. My nails usually show signs of lifting after the first week. Too bad I travel too much to come in regularly, but I’ll try to hold out as long as I can so that I can come in and let her fill my nails.

Provided by YP.comA friend of mine gave me the salon’s card and told me to try them out because she was happy with her pink/white. I came in on Christmas eve for a re-base (I guess people here call it a fill) with 3 broken nails and told the gal that I was short on time and she got me out of there in 30 min. with a candycane airbrushed on the tips. Guess I’ll be coming back.

Provided by YP.comFinally a decent nail salon in the neighborhood. I accompanied mom to this salon for her fill because she’s been eyeing the place for a while now and wanted to try them out. I have to say this is one decent place: they aren’t too pricey, the interior is pleasing, and mom's fill turned out great. We'll try them out some more and perhaps no longer need to traverse to south meadows for our nails anymore.

Provided by YP.comI stopped by for a pedicure on the first day they opened on 12/16 and was impressed with their décor and service. Their files, buffer, pumice stone, and the like are single-use only. They toss them away after each use. Only the metal implements are re-used, but only after undergoing a wet sanitizer treatment and sterilized again in an autoclave. In brief, nice nail salon and great service.
