I called to set an appointment to be spray tanned and that was the only positive part of my entire experience. 2pm was open and I arrived on time. Over the phone I was told $35 but in person I was told $45. I corrected the employee and she said that they have "many different prices for spray tanning" she gave me the $35 price (the price shown on their price sheet) and I had a buy one get one free coupon. The attitude displayed by her was awful, and I should have walked away at this point but I didn't and continued further business. Once inside the room she told me what shade she would give me. Generally, in any type of service I'm asked what my desired look or outcome is but not at sunsational tans. I had to tell her I needed a darker color than the color she decided to give me and she said ok. She didn't go and get a darker color she simply sprayed me with what she already had with her. In less than 3 min she was done and I could already see this wasn't what I was needing done. I tipped her $5 on the way out and decided that I would make another appointment in a few days with the free tan I had. When I showered 24 hours later the tan wasn't much darker than my current skin tone, mind you its winter and I'm a fair skinned white woman. Clearly nothing close to the dark bronze I was hoping for. Fast fwd 2 days and I call to set an appointment for my free tan I had and the lady told me that there's nothing on my account that says anything about a coupon or a free spray tan, etc. I asked her to contact the girl that helped me the day I tanned and she said she wouldn't bother her over this and if I wanted to come in and buy another $35 tan I could. This was the owner who I was speaking with by the way-or that's what I was lead to believe.

Sunsational Tans is a horrible place to get a spray tan at and their customer service is even worst.

It was my first spray tan and i absolutely love it. Beth was very sweet and i definitely will go back !!
