I had horrible experience at this apartment complex and tried for two years to resolve. The manager, Vanessa was very rude and unprofessional and she was every time I saw her. I asked why my rent was higer then my neighbors for the exact same apt., floor plan and she said, that is not your business and do not discuss it with other tenants. She charged me 100 more per month. She would not provide additional handicap parking so I would not have to walk so far from the handicap space that was the cloest. She said, she provided what city requires. She made the experience living there the worse experience I've had in a apt complex which I've lived in apts., for twenty years. She would not replace the stove or dishwasher and they were 12 to 15 years old. The apt., complex does not want to upgrade your unit unless you agree to pay 200 and upwards more per month. The apts are old now and need to be repaired and appliances changed out. They have maintenace people that cannot put up umbrella

The price is horrible for what you get. The pool always looks green and the work out room is dirty and broken. The assistant manager is not friendly. The Property Manager and her leasing professionals are great. I live upstairs and its a lot to pay plus you have to buy a covered parking spot or garage because there is no other parking available ever.
