Provided by YP.comAwful!!! Would never recommend Gentiva Hospice to anyone!!! The only person with any knowledge was the sales lady type who signed us up at the hospital. Still waiting for bereavement counselors to call us since my mother's death on September 20, 2015. Please , please do not use these people in your time of need.
