Unfair
My husband & I & our 3 children paid to stay a wknd at the Sparta,Ky location. The pool area had signs that stated the pool was open until 9pm. After checking in & paying, the desk clerk informed us that we had to have our children out of the pool by 7pm. The reason was because it was her Granddaughter's bday & she had a pool party planned for her. My children had to watch at least 10 other kids that attended the party eat pizza & swim in the pool & play in the jacuzzi. They wasn't aloud in the pool area or aloud to use the steps because, they may be too noisy. They were really bored of sitting in our room all night so we packed up & left after 1 night. It was the middle of winter so we didn't have too many other things we could do. I just think this was unfair because we payed $190.00 for 1 night.
