STAY AWAY!! we bought a home with their propane tank on site so we decided to use them. Big mistake. First we had to leave a large amount of money on account for them to fill us up. Then when we did switch to natural gas, we had a 2 month wait to get the tank removed. They also drove over our septic system on the way over and back from the tank after we left specific instructions not to drive through our back yard. We also had 30% of propane left in the tank and were told we would get a refund. but after 2 months and many, many voicemails to the "owner" and a trip to their office (he is always out of the office) we still have no word about anything? We have been ALTO GAS customers for over 10 years at previous home they are very good. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!
