My parents went to them for a few years when I was a teen.For one my parents have taken a lamb and a dog in for a surgery in the past and they overdosed both, then they put them in trash bags & told my parents to come get them or they’d throw them in the trash. How awful to say to someone who just lost an animal due to employee error, & it was admitted. my parents had a dog needing a c-section & they knicked an artery and almost killed. Now all of that was a few years ago now. Well I had a litter of Dobermans & no one near me but them crops ears, & show Dobermans have to have cropped ears so I called them 3-4 months ago and told them I couldn’t give them a specific time of when I would need the ears cropped until the puppies were born, which they get their ears cropped at 10 weeks old. They told me that they understood and had worked with breeders and once I had my litter to give them a call and they would squeeze me in since I was a breeder and had several. Fast forward to today when I based the prices of my puppies partly on how much they were charging for ears (yes cheaper than others further away) and already have my litter sold and I called them to let them know they then tell me they cannot squeeze me in at all. I then ask to speak to a manager and yes I was quite upset and told the lady on the phone I was not at all trying to be rude to her or anything but that I didn’t appreciate being told something and then it not happening she told me she would transfer me. I was hung up on. I called back another lady answered the phone, I was simply expressing my displeasure and just wanted to know when the manager would be back in she then gets rude and tells me they don’t deal with rude customers after I get rude back and she hangs up on me. Yes I honestly hate this vet office I was going to give them another shot but wow have they got even worse. Best advice don’t deal with them. Lying, rude, not skilled employees is all they have.

I am posting this because I couldn't get the help needed after Zeus got hit by a careless driver. He was still alive, I did chest compressions and knew he wouldn't last long without medical help or guidance from a Veterinarian. But the sign said "closed" and there was no phone number listed. Thirty or forty minutes later, I had to hand him back to his owner, with my deepest condolences. I just don't want anyone else to be helpless because of a lack of preparation, or a lack of emergency telephone numbers being posted, or for any other animals to have to die unnecessarily. RIP Zeus.

I have been taking my dogs to Twin Oaks for 20 years,they always takes care all my dogs,they are the best,and the prices are reasonable,thanks you for your good work with are animals,much love to all.TDiaz

Twin Oaks vet has kept my four-legged friends healthy for forty years. Nash Williams was the best vet there ever was, and the new vet is his equal. Everybody at Twin Oaks is there because they love the animals.

Twin oaks vet is a miracle. I have a puppy in their and they saved his life.

Great vets and staff! They have been great to Lester (German Short Hair mix) for the last 7 years. If you are looking for a great vet with a caring staff...this is the place.

We adopted a dog :) On 5/25/12 from Wilkes Animal Shelter!! His name was Riley!! We live in Wilkes County N.C. & brought him up to Twin Oaks Veterinary several of times!! Just wish we would have brought him up there on 1/12/15!! He passed away on 1/14/15 :( They really care about your animals!! They was so good to Riley!! I really highly suggest them,,,If anyone wants a good Caring,,,,Loving......Staff & Vet's!! Took him 2 another Vet...when he got attacked on 1/12/15 passed away 1/14/15!!! Wish we would have brought him to Twin Oaks :( R.I.P. Riley!!
