Hi I am Eric. I scope out Chinese food restaurants as they are all so different. Example: An egg roll at place 'A' may terrible, but their soup is fantastic. (and vice versa and all other combinations). I have been going to Fu's since 1999. Very good service and Fantastic food. Their brown sauce is the best I have ever had. Some of my favorite meals are there (and only there).

I highly recommend their;

"Dragon & Phoenix" (Shrimp & Chicken w/vegetables & brown sauce).

"Sliced Chicken" (Their chicken is top notch / served w/brown sauce, rice & vegetables).

"Chicken & Broccoli" (Again w/the brown sauce!) I am different from most as I like the broccoli to be w/the brown sauce for a long time... instead of just 'freshly cut' & cooked a bit - but the very green broccoli is high quality.

"Won-ton soup". If you like won-ton soup Fu's has some of the best.

They also deliver, have sushi, alcohol & are clean. :)

My company has occasionally been patronizing this place for Sushi lunch for five years now. Today the waiter was literally beyond rude, in fact he was actually mean to us. The place had one other table when we were there, totally not busy. The waiter would not acknowledge that he heard my request for chopsticks. So when I asked him again he yelled at me. We were truly dumbfounded. I guess he was having a bad day but I've never in my life been treated this way by a waiter, and I am an ridiculously polite person. The food there isn't good enough to warrant a return visit.
