A total FAILURE. My truck has spent 5 months out of the last 9 at his shop to install a re-manufactured engine. It took 6 weeks initially to get the first one. Multiple problems when it was picked up. Turned out to be a defective re-man. After 3 months of going back and fourth with him, I finally called the company the built it, ATK. They opened a warranty claim because apparently mr Kirby had not consulted with them on the problems I was having. I dropped it off to him on July 15th. It is now September 25th and I have still heard nothing back from him. ATK says they shipped the motor in early August. When I spoke with the Napa store it was purchased through last week, they said the motor was still sitting at their store. Kirby has not called me once to tell me what is going on. The MOST unprofessional business and person I have ever dealt with. DO NOT trust this man. He lies about how long it will take, and his work is sub-standard. I can truthfully say I have better mechanic skills than he does. And its only a hobby for me.
