Oh my goodness, it was a big mistake moving into Stone Ridge Estates. About a week after I moved in I began smelling a moldy stink and tried to clear the air with air freshener. No help and then a couple weeks after that a dark growth began showing up on my baseboard walls right near the heating and cooling unit in my apartment.

Little did I know it was a long standing mold problem which 3 other renters said was there right from the time they build the buildings back in 2011. I was upset that the landlord didn't disclose this to me at the time I moved in. I asked for my money back and said I was moving out. The landlord said they would give me a bad reference if I tried to rent some where else. I have photos of the mold growing on my walls if anyone wants to request it. Anyway, I moved out and the landlord refused to give back my sec dep. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and don't rent at Stone Ride Estates, it may kill you if you do!
