The owner told me she was going to dye my hair a light brown, so I could get back to my natural color from blonde. Well first off,she let me sit under the dryer for about an hour while she did someone else's hair. She eventually washed the dye out of my hair and the result was a blackish Gothic brown. (Which didn't fade over time) After washing the dye out,she pulled a hand full of my hair out of her brush because of the rough way she brushed my hair. I don't have a sensitive head but I had to ask her to ease up on the brushing. I have never written a review before but I feel it's necessary to warn others about this salon. It was the worst hair experience I have ever had. I wish there would have been other reviews online to warn me before I went beauty mark. I'm not sure if the other services are any better but feel free to try your luck. It was high priced and there were no perks like head massage with the wash either.
