I ordered flowers and they never showed up for my Mom's Birthday. Things happen, I get it…but when I called the next day, the woman who answered (not the owner) was sarcastic and rude and said they didn't have the flowers I ordered online in stock, so they cancelled my order (without ever calling me). The woman was very condescending and acted like I was the one who wronged her for some reason. I've never experienced customer service like that before. Maybe she was having a bad day. I try to always give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was such a bad experience I had to say something.

I have used The Greenery various times. Being an out of state person, I always trust them to choose the right plant or floral arrangement and have always been pleased when I see what good choices they have made for me.
