I went to get some micros. I saw roaches on the walls. The girl did not include all of my hair in the braids. So I had little puffa sticking out of the braid. So I got up and walked out. Called the owner for a resolution and she tells me I need to go back and pay for what she has done. Poor customer service. Lack of experience. Horrible.
