I purchased a karaoke player that worked for less than an hour and when I tried to return it they only wanted to give me $100 of the $200 I paid for it. what a rip! Ill never shop there again!

ill never shop there again. ive bought several items from there with no problems and never brought any of them back until the other day. I purchased a $200 karaoke machine and it did work when I bought it. I took it home and me and my grandson played for almost a hour before it stopped working. I brought it back mon morning and the owner? acussed me of thowing a party over the weekend with the karaoke maching and now that the partys over I just want to get my money back. give me a break im 62 yrs and I don't thow partys! the item is broken and does not work.he offered me a $100 back. I thought, what a rip off, this is no way to run a business. ill never shop here again!

Nice clean store, they had some neat stuff on the shelf for sell. staff was friendly and easy to negotiate with on the stuff I was getting a loan on. I'd recommend them.

I have sold and bought from these guys a lot. Very nice people. Don't normally like... pawnshop owners :P and i say that because some (not all) will try and cheat you. And i mean really cheat you. But not these guys. Very nice and reliable. We have gotton movies, video games..... window units and even a huge tv from these guys. And sold a few things too. So yeah we never have a problem with them. :)

The guy behind the counter seemed like he didnt know much at all and he only offered me $52 on 5.1 grams of 10k. I didnt think that was enough and I was right. I then took it to Fortress Precious Metals by Taco Bell and that guy knew what he was doing and offered me $83! Thats a HUGE difference.

They may think they are all stars, but I say no way! My experience here was unprofessional, discourteous and furthermore they tried to screw me out of the full price of my gold! Thanks a lot guys!
