Terrible experience and I do not recommend. I took my daughter there since they have a visiting oral surgeon that is covered under my dental insurance. The dentist came in asking why was I there. I explained, as I did when making the appointment, that my daughter needed oral surgery per her orthodontist. Dentist said there was no point in him seeing her. Office manager was supposed to have followed up with another appt with oral surgeon and did not. The icing on the cake was when I received an insurance statement showing where my insurance was billed $115.00 for the FREE consult. When I called Aspen to inquire about this, they said the consult was only free if I DID NOT have insurance! What a scam..................

My son was given inaccurate information prior, during, and after service regarding cost; causing him to be charged exorbitantly and unnecessarily - for only a simple tooth cleaning! We have disputed this: calling the office, leaving messages, with promises of it being relayed to the accounting department, etc. When we called to follow up, we were promised a return call, never came. They sent disputed bill to a collection agency, more calls to dispute and still no one returned our calls from Aspen Dental. My phone records will show this! I paid bill unwillingly in order to avoid any negative credit for my son but please be careful when considering this place. There are quite a number of unhappy patients, don't think you may be the exemption!

TURN AROUND AND FIND SOMEONE ELSE. Had 3 wisdom teeth removed, dentist was very rude. Never even introduced himself to me. Violent is an understatement when it came to the procedure, ripped my mouth and broke the the bone that holds my teeth. And says I am responsible for paying to have it fixed. Never again

Do not ever question their superior knowledge or you will be booted from EVERY Aspen Dental office. I was xrayed 9 times during one visit for one filling.

Go somewhere else. Pros: close to my home. online registration/appt confirmation. New office with very comfortable treatment areas. Cons: NEEDS IMPROVEMENT WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. 1. The hygienist told my daughter that she could DIE if she did not get her tooth filled. There is no evidence of a cavity. 2. High office turnover. We have not seen the same dentist twice. The faces in general change frequently 3. There is always a charge for something no matter what even if the service is covered 100 % per dental plan (i.e.preventative care). They continue to try to sneak in services (fluoride etc) that they know are not covered by my insurance after multiple notifications. When I asked the ofc mgr about this, she only made excuses for it, she really did not attempt to restore my confidence that it would not happen again. The previous ofc mgr would only address bill inquiries at the regularly scheduled dental appointment. We have found a different dental service in town to care for our teeth.

This is one of the worst places for dental work. I was told I was only having 2 fillings done and then when I am leaving they tell me I had 3 done and I had no idea. I only had 2 I wanted done. I then got an infection on my gums from it and the doctor just said it was cold sores which I have never had. I went to my family physician and he couldn't believe the sores and he gave me a prescription to help heal my gums. I would NOT ever go back and I do not recommend anyone else going there.
