Provided by YP.comI've had quite a few alignments done on several vehicles over the years by Brady's and they were always dead on. I recently purchased a used large SUV and before starting the alignment Mr. Brady informed and showed me how badly worn the ball joints were and gave me a reasonable price for replacement. Due to my work schedule I had to pick it up long after they were closed. For the first time the alignment wasn't quite right. I dropped by about a week later & told Mr Brady what I was feeling and he dropped what he was doing & pulled it in. 45 minutes I drove out with an 18 year old vehicle that drives like new. It tracks beautifully and railroad tracks are barely noticeable with the new suspension parts. Thank you again!

Provided by YP.comFOR YOUR OWN GOOD READ. I was told they could help me remove some wheel locks i didnt have the key for. They were rather busy so the owner was who assisted me. He tried several keys but did not test them properly. I am an experienced mechanic myself, and only needed their assistance for the tools. The pattern is asymetric and have to be tested 360 degrees. He barely tried 40 on each key before dismissing them. I kindly pointed this out and the response was "ive been doing this longer than youve been alive kid". Basically told me to screw off. Long story short, they're arrogant, rude, and dont know proper procedure even on the simplest of tasks. this leads me to question the quality of work for everything they do. I could not recommend them to anyone ever, due to the arrogance, rudeness, and of course failure to properly use simple tools. they may have had the right tool. I swap engines myself, and the lack of knowledge i found is baffling. If i could give negative stars i would.

Provided by YP.comBrady's Frame an Alignment is quite possible the WORST business I have ever encountered in my life!!! Mr. Brady is a complete a**hole, and he treats his customers the same. I met with him last Monday to see about getting a frame alignment check for a '65 Mercury Comet... I was warned he was a cantanquerous old fellow. He acts like he us doing you some sort favor in handling your business. Finally got him to agree to look at the car today (following Tuesday). I roll back the car down there and less than five minutes after the car go to his shop he's calling me saying the frame's bent and he can't do anything for it. The car wasn't even taken off the roll back and put on the alignment frame!!!
The old man's a complete hack; check his ratings and BEWARE!
BTW, the young kids that work there with him (maybe his sons or grandsons?) are as disinterested and caustic as the old man. Horrible experience all the way around.

Provided by YPmobileHorrible place to do business with, asked for a quote and after he was done looking around he just gave us a paper and said "here, it should be more but this is it" and just left us without letting us talk or ask questions and we had to go back into the business to get him just to talk to him again and he got irritated and just told us he wouldn't do the repair. Horrid customer service. Should have listen to the other reviews before I even wasted my time there.

Provided by YP.comBrady's Frame & Alignment did a routine alignment on my auto. I went through a police checkpoint 33 days later. It was pointed out to me that I needed tires. We had just had new tires put on her car the day before it was aligned. They missed up my alignment and it cost me have to get two new tires on the front, $315.00 for two Michelin tires.
