Very unhappy as well. When you sign up they dont tell you about upgrade and maintenance fee twice a yr not to mention what up grades. Machines always broken never gets maintenance. They ask what you do for living and what does that matter i ask they charge based on job statues. Everyone is paying different amount for same broken equipment. 2 year contracts have to move 45 miles away to void this contract very rude. When you get an overdraft you have to keep calling and calling to get your refund that may take up to 3 to 4 months and everytime you call they will act like you didnt tell them before and say do you want and extra free month and no thats not free you have my payment like they giving you something. Been a gym goer for 15 yrs worst gym i ever been to. You ask them to fix something and it never does maybe a yr later if so at all. Never call you back when you have an issue with your account or anything for that matter. This is a $10 a month gym at best. Why they charge so much for nothing. If I have to give this gym any stars at all when im done typing they will get one but if my choice they get not one star.

Very Unhappy with this gym. First of all they r not friendly once u sign up and do not move forward with a trainer. I also was not given all my options. They only gave me the option of signing a two year contract which I didn't really like but thought that was the only way to go. After that I found out there was a monthly plan that u can do. From someone who signed up a few days after me When I asked why I wasn't given that option the general manager of Spartanburg told me I didn't ask. This was my first time stepping in the building they should have given me all options. How did i know to ask They also didn't tell me that twice a year u have to pay a $25 equipment upgrade fee which was not mentioned when signing the contract. They make it very difficult and are very rude with the exception of two trainers. Not happy at all. After February I will be happy to pay the $150 fee to get out of this contract and go somewhere else. It would be totally different if I had known about the $25 fee. It would have been no big deal but I felt lied to. I do not recommend Coops at all. There are too many other gyms in this area that actually care and will not lie to u.
