I will never go there again. I use hem tape on my suit pants and they removed it every time; even when I asked that they put a note on the pants. But, what really did it for me was this: I took a $200 Antonio Melani suit in to be cleaned. It was light beige. When I went to pick it up, the suit jacket was a pale pink but the pants were still the original color. I refused to take the suit and left it with the employee. When I returned to pick up the suit, it was the same pink jacket and beige pants with a note that stated, "This suit was dry cleaned only at the same time!" They ruined the suit and didn't even apologize. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
