The clerical/administrative staff of this facility are very rude. They do not want to work with worker's comp and expect everything to fall into their lap. My husband made 2 calls to see if they had set up an appt for him, over a 2 week period, they said that worker's comp hadn't approved it yet. So we called worker's comp, funny thing was Finley hadn't even called them. Got a call an hour later from Worker's comp saying Finley had just called. They called my husband a "bothersome client". Do not recommend this company.
