Mr. Fulton took $20,000.00 CASH off of me for some work. Deal fell through due to my customer's backing out. "Mr." Fulton WILL NOT make any attempt to settle with me. I have offered him restocking fees, taking much less than I paid for any type of resolution. HE WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO MAKE RESTITUTION OR GIVE ME BACK ANY OF MY $20,000.00.!!!!!! Mr. Fulton is a RIP OFF!!!!!! It will cost me over $20,000.00 to sue him, so I am basically screwed by FULTON COMPETITION and Mr. Gene Fulton.
