These are the worst apartments I have ever been in. There are bugs everywhere. Don't try calling management because they don't answer the phone. If there was a zero for the reviews that's what I would give them.

It's not all that it's pumped up do be. I was living here for two years .If you like bugs and rodents this is the right place for you ,were management keep telling you the exterminator been to your place when they really haven't .Your family can't even come and visited you when they want and if they do visit they call the police on them for trespassing. There's a lot of can't do's at Georgetown Village even though you pay your rent on time and never been late. The people that don't pay there rent seem to get better treatment then the ones who do.The management is very rude, unprofessional and insensitive to the tenants. The maintenance is very unsuitable, when it almost takes a year even if at all for them to fix things that are broken , management claim they haven't received the back to back messages you left concerning the matter! This is by far the worst place I ever lived!

Area clean and quiet management kind and helpful the lountry machines a rip off each apartment needs washer and dryer hookup they need new air and heat systems but not a bad area just not worth what they charge to stay there
