I had long, beautiful hair down to my tailbone and asked SPECIFICALLY many times that it be left that way.

I was entirely clear, even bringing pictures of what I wanted.

Then, in the last five minutes the woman chopped it ALL off, leaving me with two rattails on each side.

It is absolutely hideous.

When I told her it wasn't right, she told me to just get extensions!!! I asked how much THAT was gonna cost me, but she wouldn't tell me.

When I contacted the manager, she said "I think YOU'RE the one who's the problem! I know people who know you and you've been in trouble with the law and I never wanna see you in my salon again!" And hung up on me.

All I wanted was a simple refund.

Then she emailed me saying she'd read my blog where I talked about going to "a salon" and how they messed up my hair.

Even though I never mentioned their name, she said "Hello I'm going to file a harassment charge on you for your blog public slander!" And started getting her cop friend to call my cell over and over.

Then they started posting things about me on facebook.

My friends and I responded saying how unprofessional they all were, and they deleted most of our comments.

Then, she called me a professional drug addict on her page.

When I replied that was deformation of character, her cop buddy started calling me again... about 20 times in a row. (Harassment!?)

I finally told my bf to answer, and the cop said he was going to take me to jail if I didn't stop posting on their (very public) page.

When my bf told him that was ridiculous and illegal, the cop said if I posted anything else to their facebook, he would get a warrant and come arrest me.

This has been the most insane experience I've ever encountered with a business.

Please, if you value your hair, your time, and your peace of mind, do NOT go to Green Papaya!!!

If I could, I would give them ZERO stars, but the little message keeps popping up telling me to rate it. But just know, the rating isn't really 1 star, its 0 stars!!
