I took my daughter and girlfriend after church on Sunday. The lunch time buffet is exactly what it is ANYTIME you go ( I've been here a few times) and this will be my last! $9.49 per person and the food was terrible. I swear it was left over from the previous DAYS!!! I went to the Hibachi to get something freshly cooked and there was two tongs in the chicken and none in the beef? The EXTREMELY rude hibachi chef tried to put the chicken tongs back in the beef so I stopped him and told him you cannot cross contaminate...HE THOUGHT I WAS CRAZY until the hostess came over and told him it needed to be washed. Wow really!!! So we told him how we wanted ours cooked and he did nothing but put some garlic sauce (we asked for red pepper, garlic and teriyaki).

We also had to be moved away from the dirty STINKY dish area. Smelled like a dirty garbage disposal. While paying over $30 for this terrible meal, we told the hostess about the rude chef and horrible food, she couldn't care less...WON'T BE BACK

Hibachi has been mine and my families favorite place to go to when we were in the dining mood for Chinese until Friday 7/5/2013. My husband witnessed one of the waitress picking up and throwing the lo mien noodles that had fallen onto the buffet bar back into the tray of clean lo mien. Because he was standing behind her the entire time she was completely oblivious that he had witnessed the entire incident of her picking up 6 strands of lo mien noodles and tossing them back into the tray. He confronted her and asked her why would she throw dirty food back into clean food, she denied that she did such a thing so he asked to speak to the manager. At that point, she picked up the tray of lo mien noodles from the hot bar and took it back to the kitchen before she went to get the manager. When my husband explained the situation to the manager, her replied was,"She did it because I asked her to." Appalled at management's answer, he walked over to the hibachi bar where I had dropped some lo mien noodles onto the buffet counter bar and re-enacted what the waitress did (he didn't throw the noodles back in) and carefully explained what he saw and asked the manager if she understood him and she told him that she knew what he was saying and then proceeded to explain to my husband that all the buffet counter bars were clean enough for any dropped food to be consumed. My husband then told her that when people are serving themselves at the buffet bar, they are serving themselves from food inside of the hot bar in the trays, not from food that fell from an other customer's plate or in the serving process. He asked her,"If you allow your wait staff to throw back dirty food back into clean food in front of all your customers, then what do you allow your employees to do behind closed doors in the kitchen? Don't you know that people are eating the dirty food that are being thrown back in? People can get very sick from your waitress doing this!" At that point, the manager became extremely embarrassed and no longer put up an argument and retreated to the back counter of the cash register. Let me also point out that during the entire time that I watched this event, not once did the manager attempt to apologize nor say that she would address her wait staff that such behavior is allowed. We left immediately. I worked for a Chinese buffet when I was in high school and the owners of the buffet that I worked for on couldn't stress enough on NOT throwing any food that has fallen into another tray or on the bar back into the hot bar tray and to remove any tray of food from the bar if pieces of food from a different tray has fallen into it. The actions of the waitress on Friday night and her manager were extremely unacceptable and I really hope that those 6 pieces of lo mien noodles were worth this type if embarrassment.

I have been here more than 100...

I have been here more than 100 times since they have opened. The restaurant has great people working there and the food is pretty much consistent and the same. Only a few things are disappointing: The Prime Rib (setting in water) should have a beef bouillon cube in it. Setting in water, it tastes water soaked. It is a great place to go though.

Buffet

I have been several times and I find it to be one of the best buffets I have ever eaten. The food if fresh, the restraunt is clean, and the price is more than reasonable. There is fresh made sushi, and as the title reads a hibachi. The service is alright. It is a buffet so you really only need to worry about your glass going empty. The sushi chef will make you a special roll just for you if you have ditary restrictions. Tips are appreciated and I hope you enjoy.
