This apartment complex is one step above a public housing complex in social status; and 10 steps below one in quality. There's not much to single out about the actual apartment complex as far as infrastructure; just know you get what you pay for with cheap rent. But as far as how they operate there business, being the staff, it's by far the worst experience you can possibly have with a complex. You'll never be able to reach the office staff; and don't bother leaving a message you will not get a return. Also it's virtually impossible to dispute any late fees, overages, or anything of that such; you will just have to lawyer up. Just make sure you retain all receipts, document everything wrong with your apartment when you move in, and PLEASE get a move-out statement when you leave. It's likely they'll charge you with another's month rent by falsifying your move-out date; and will send this bill to collections without attempting to contact you. There are other options in the city/county in the same price range that easily trump this poorly ran complex.
