I have been a patient of Dr. Keller's for approx 4 years and have always found his exams to be great. He is very through and my visits to his office have always been positive and a good experience both from him and his staff.

I've been a patient of Keller Eye Care for some time now and I could not be more satisfied. His staff is curteous and quick to move you through the office without the wait you find at my doctor's offices. I'd highly recommend Keller Eye Care to anyone who needs glasses or contacts! EEM

I don't typically write on-line reviews, but I wanted to praise a job well done. My daughter just had an eye exam with Dr. Keller, and I am grateful to all the staff there. She has an unusual condition in her eyes, and she was nervous, but everyone was very kind to her. You have made a friend!

I went to Dr. Keller for two years, I purchased contacts thru his office both years. I was going to purchase glasses this year to have during times that I do not wear contacts, I had paid 1/2 of the cost of the glasses, which I was told that no work would be done to the glasses until they were paid in full. About a month had gone by and due to financial hardship I called Dr. Keller's office to see if they would let me get the money back and cancel the order. I thought it would be no problem since they had not done any work on them. Well to my surprise they told me I could not have my money back, that they have a 50% no refund charge. I explained to them that my family was in a hardship, I spoke to two ladies and even asked to speak to Dr. Keller, the ladies told me they had spoken with Dr. Keller and he said no, I asked for him to call me, he did not call me. I think it is a shame to loose a customer over $148.00 and it shows no heart when you don't care about your customers.
