This Office Max has awful customer service, especially at the printing center. The employees (Kim, Pat, Sharyl) seemed lazy, and unwanting to help. I find it ridiculous how they lost my shipment order and when I called they said they delivered it. A few days later I called back and they said they read me the delivery signature from two years ago. This situation threw back my business cards for my store.After re-ordering, I had to go back to the store a few times and had to wait for them to look for my receipt after giving them my bank statement TWICE.I'll never do business with them again. I AM LIVID.
