Terrible Billing Practices

Terrible billing practices.

My daughter started seeing Kim Rosborough in April 2019. On May 30, I asked for an invoice of all appointments to date. On May 31, I was given an invoice missing the May 30 appointment. I figured that maybe it would take a few days to get the appointment listed and submitted to insurance.

On September 15, I asked for an updated invoice, as the May 30 appointment had still not been submitted to insurance. I received no response to my email.

On October 2, I again requested an updated invoice. Again, I did not receive an invoice.

On October 10, I again requested an updated invoice. I finally got an invoice on October 17, but the invoice had numerous errors. It was missing four appointments and three payments.

On October 18, I again requested an updated/corrected invoice. As of this writing (December 16, 2019), I have not received a corrected invoice. I did get a bill in the mail (Nov 25) for two appointments (May 30 and Oct 24) for which I've already paid on the dates of those appointments (and have receipts for those payments).
