Love this place....they care and they listen

The Gaffney location takes hours on lunch break, so you can never reach them on the phone. They just billed me for four dollars a year after services rendered. They are always rude and I have insurance and always pay my copay up front, but they still make me wait four hours to see the doctor after I have to make an apt at least a month in advance. She took me off all of my regular medications that my long standing dr who retired had had be on since middle school. They have forgotten to send my prescription into my pharmacy several times. They are just complete idiots. The while practice should be shut down. I now know where they send med school drop outs.

Was there today with my son...my husband dropped us off and when he came to pick up he came inside the office..he asked receptionist...heavy set,spanish woman if myself ( he gave my name and my son) were still with the dr...she told him because of the hipaa law she cannot give him any information ?????? WHAT???? She doesn't obviously even know what the hippa law is ....it is soley for given health and personal info to anyone...she told my husband to use his cell phone to reach me,cause she cannot give him any info???? I will be reporting her

crazy a%%$as she is always nasty and now she went over the top with this .....my fav dr.is leavin the practice there and I will NEVER go back here again!!!!!

The nurses who book appointments are very rude one in particular needs to be fired asap. This is supposed to be a community doctors office and their not too friendly to the community. Like I said, I wouldn't even bring a sick dog to this place! And if u have small children don't take them there either (seriously).
