This is just crazy! I used to enjoy shopping here but in the past few years the prices have increase. I stopped by yesterday and found that their prices had gone through the roof. Name brand pants for 14.99 REALLY! That's clearance priced NEW not thrift pricing. 1/2 the store has been turned into Vintage Collectibles and Antiques. Their prices are FULL retail. Antique store prices. One bedroom suit from the 20's missing a drawer pull included the chest, dressing table and headboard without rails at a discounted price of $999.00! This not a thrift store any longer, this is a retail store with no customer service.

It is no longer a thrift store as their prices have become quite steep. It's become more like a retail store...actually, many items can be purchased for less at a retail store when shopping in their clearance aisles. It's a shame that Salvation Army in Spartanburg has become too expensive for people on limited budgets and no longer caters to those less fortunate.
